Joint hearing with Board of Adjustment on application described below:
Stephen Reid and Judith Irving request a Conditional Use Permit approval under Sections 2.1(A), 2.1(E), and 3.8 of the Development Bylaws (Board of Adjustment) and Site Plan approval under Section 3.11 of the Bylaws (Planning Commission).
Mr. Reid and Ms. Irving propose relinquishing their agricultural operations at the Fat Toad Farm at 787 Kibbee Road, but retaining and expanding production at the caramel manufacturing business, which would be the sole business operation on the property.
